Detailed Description As Per Annex Ure-I Attached. [ Warranty Period: 72 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] , Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc) For Igbt Based 3- Phas E Drive Propulsion System Fitted On Wag-9, Wag-9H, Wap-7, Wap-5 Class Of Locomotive S To Clw Specn.No.Clw/Amc/C-D&D/01 Issued In March 2016. (Note: Bidders To Note That This Is A Composite Tender For Procurement Of Complete Propulsion System And Am C For 03 Years Beyond Warranty Period. Bidders Are Required To Quote Charges Fo R Amc On Annual Basis (For Each Year Separately) For Post Warranty Period Of Amc For 03 Years. The Evaluation Of Offers Will Be Based On Total Cost Of Propulsion Sy Stem And Net Present Value Of The Amc Cost Of 1St, 2Nd And 3Rd Year After The Warr Anty Period.The Net Present Value (Npv) Will Be Worked Out At A Discounting Rate Of 10%.
