Scop of Work -Base will be made down with proper permit and LOTOTO to execute the job - Base impeller to be removed. - Diffuser plate to be removed. - Insulation to be removed. - Working area to be cleaned properly. - H2 and NG gas leakage to be checked before starting hot work. - Base plate old welding to be removed with gouging. - Proper grinding to be done after gouging. - Argon welding to be done at base plate periphery with competent and - certified Argon welder. (03-layers welding to be done) - DP test to be done at welding area. - New insulation to be installed as per operation engineer guideline. - Leak-test to be done by operation team. If any leakage occurs, it is to arrested by Aron welding. - After leak test passed, diffuser plate and impeller to be provided. - Impeller to be locked properly with locking cleat. Safety requirement -Argon welder should be competent and Certified. -All PPES to be provided by vendor. -Manpower should have work at height pass. -Welding shield fitted on helmet is only allowed in plant. Vendors’ Scope. -Argon set with cylinders. -Welding machine -Cutting set with cylinders. -Grinding machine -Argon rod MS to MS -Consumables.
