PER DIEM CHARGES SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF MAN DAY CHARGES AND EXPENSES TOWARDS TO & FRO TRAVEL, LOCAL CONVEYANCE, HOTEL CHARGES, ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL EXPENSE, ETC.SITE VISIT PERIOD FOR PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF ACTUAL WORKING DAYS OF ENGINEER / MANPOWER AT HALDIA REFINERY SITE. NO PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR TRAVEL TIME TO REACH SITE AND BACK. PAYMENT FOR SITE SUPERVISION SHALL BE MADE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB AS PER INSTRUCTION OF ENGINEER IN CHARGE (EIC)
