Tender For Supply Of Gyro Stabilized Stand Off Active Chemical Detector Forpcv Project For Gsl Yard Nos. 1267-68-- 1 Gyro Stabilized Stand Off Active Chemical Detector comprising of following : Operating Voltage : 230 VAC , 1 phase , 50 Hz , as per GSL TA: L-TA-1267-187200-02 ,Rev 002, dated 08.04.2022 Sl.No.4.1 2 IP( 56) Gyro stabilized Chemical detector complete Inbuilt Low light day camera, CO2 lasers and detector, as per GSL TA Sl.No.4.1.1 3 Laptop with joystick, as per GSL TA Sl.No.4.1.2 4 Software for analyzing Chemical Warfare Agent and Toxic Industrial Waste, as per GSL TA Sl.No.4.1.3 5 Connecting cables between Chemical detector , Laptop and Joystick(The maximum distance between detector and laptop/ joystick is approx 80 mtrs) , as per GSL TA Sl.No.4.1.4 6 Additional items, if any, not indicated in the above stated scope of supply but required to achieve completeness of the system/configuration and satisfactory functioning of the system/equipment. Asper GSL TA 4.2 Note: Scope of supply indicated above is based on the GSL previous experience. If any item/equipment required to complete the system/scope of supply, firm may please quote for the same.If such item is not quoted and found, the same is required at the time of commissioning/installation, it is responsibility of the firm to supply such item/equipment free of cost. 7 On Board Spares: The Manufacturers Recommended List of On Board Spares (MRL-OBS) for all equipment required for servicing and maintenance including breakdown maintenance till two years after completion of warranty period of the Vessel and shall be finalized based on equipment fit. This will also include tools and software as necessary( Exact details of quantity of each item to be provided so as to indicate composition of 1 set.). As per GSL TA Sl. No.4.3, 4.3.1 to 4.3.4 8 Services of Engineers, Commissioning & proving Performance etc. including installation,Harbour Acceptance Trial, Sea Acceptance Trial etc.As per GSL TA Sl. No. 4.5, 4.5.1 to 4.5.9 9 Drawings and Documentation. As per GSL TA Sl. No.4.6, 4.6.1.1 to 4.6.1.11, 4.6.2, 4.6.2.1 to 4.6.2.4 & 4.6.3 10 The vendor should impart On Board Training for CG Personnel, as perGSL TA Sl no. 12.1 11 The firm is to arrange supply of MRLS- B&D spares for five years of exploitation based on the likely consumption rate and exploitation pattern of the equipment. The firm should provide the comprehensive part identification list of spares along with manufacturer recommended B&D spares along with technical bid. The list would contain description, pattern no. and quality fitted on each equipment in respect of various parts/ components. B&D should be as per the format attached as Annexure-1. as perGSL TA Sl no. 4.4 12 Additional charges for one Service engineer for per man day as per GSL TA
