Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Clerical Work; 1. Daily Office Work And Day To Day Operation In The Office Under The Supervision Of Higher Authority. 2. Maintain The Data, Files And Documents Of The Office In The Prescribed System And Accurate Place. 3. Maintain An Attendance Register Of All Officials As Directed By The Competent Authority And Their Leaves Records. 4. Diarising The Letters / Communications / E-Mail And Files Received. 5. Distribution Of Above To Concerned Officials After The Same Has Been Seen And Marked By The Authorities Concerned And Noting The Same In The Diary Register. 6. Assisting The Os / Udc In Typing Of Routine Letters, Notes, Etc. 7. Filing Letters In Respective Files And Docketing / Cross Referencing Them For Submission To Os / Udc / Higher Authorities. 8. Dispatch Of Mails / Letters After Recording The Details In The Despatch Register. 9. Submission Of Routine Reports And Returns. 10. Assist In Miscellaneous Office Functions. 10. He May Be Asked To Maintain Records. 11. He Can Be Given The Tasks To Type All Officials Letter In English And Hindi. 12. He May Be Asked To Send Emails, Receive Or Check E-Mails And Report To The Officer. 13. Regular Ldc Can Also Be Given Some Other Tasks Such As Taking Attendance, Printing Of Multiple Documents And Submitted To Particular Office Or Officer. 14. Ldc Is Also Required To Prepare Reports Sometimes. 15. Ensuring That The Store Is Kept Clean And Organized. 16. Must Be Organized And Punctual. 17. Well-Presented And Professional. 18. Prior Experience In The Field, Preferably In Store Management, Would Be Advantageous. 19. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills. 20. Take Delivery Of All Incoming Materials And Reconcile With Purchase Orders. 21. Track, Document, And Resolve Any Discrepancies On Received Orders. 22. Ensure Accuracy Of The Facilitys Inventory System By Updating Records Of Physical Inventory Totals, Receipts, Adjustments, And Returns. 23. Manage Inventory / Supplies And Ensure They Are Within The Established Minimum And Maximum Levels. 24. Keep Up-To-Date Records Of Receipts, Records, And Withdrawals From The Stockroom. 25. Manage Supplier Relations And Database As Well As Maintain High Ethical Relationships Both Internally And Externally. 26. Create Purchase Orders And Utilize Purchasing Card To Perform Low-Value Procurement Activities.---- Total Quantity :
