Drawing / QAP / Job Procedure / WPS/ PQR / Approved Document. 2. Work Instructions /SOP’S for Erection, Alignment and Commissioning Activities. 3. Providing Essentials like Power, Water <(>&<)> Air at the work site. 4. Lifting and Handling Equipment’s / EOT Will be in our scope. Supplier’s Scope1. All mandatory PPE’S required for Project execution and commissioning activities will be in contractor scope. 2. Deployment of Skilled Manpower along with supervisor for Day <(>&<)> Night shift operations working Hour will be 10 HR/day. 3. All Tools <(>&<)> tackles required for project execution and commissioning will be in contractor scope. i.e. (Lifting and handling tackles, Equipment alignment instruments, Torque wrenches (Electric, Pneumatic or Hydraulic), Spanners, Welding Machine, Gas cutting Torch Toolboxes). 4. Execution of work should be done as per Drawings or Suite at site condition under the guidance of AMNS Supervisor or OEM Experts. 5. Loading, Shifting and Unloading of Equipment’s/Structures at work site will in contractor scope. 6. All consumable items Like Welding rod, Gas cylinders, grinding wheels or Other such consumables will be in contractor scope. 7. Skilled Staff like Site supervisor, Forman <(>&<)> Mill right Fitter with Relevant experience (CRM or Mills Zone) well be preferred and must be Certified by AMNS Execution team. 8. Safe work access and housekeeping activities before and after execution of job at work site will be in contractor scope. 9. Labor License, Compliance of statutory requirements as per Govt. norms <(>&<)> AMNS policies, PF/ESIC/Insurance Requirements. 10. Processing of Gate Pass <(>&<)> Other Formalities. 11. Worker accommodation and Transportation of workers to Worksite will be in contractor scope. 12. Safety Kit / First Aid Box <(>&<)> Safety Apparatus like Flashback Arrester, Dial Gauge, Conduit Pipes Flexible Wires, DB with Proper Rating ELCB/RCCB will be in contractor scope. 13. For Manpower like Safety, Mill Wright Fitter <(>&<)> Welder Interview will be conducted by AMNS QA/AC team <(>&<)> Execution team and for Safety officer Safety Team will be conducting and approving the same. 14. Providing Lifeline, Safety Harness, Safety/ Florescent jacket, Fall Arrester etc. will be in contractor scope.
