Note:- Hard ware materials,lugs, insulation tapes etc. as required for the work in the scope of department but complete Man Power with Tools & Tackels is under the scope of the Contractor. |
| 2 | Maintenance of Energy Meter Panels like cleaning at the panel inside from dust & vermine, checking, tightning of connections/Terminals at all cut-out/MCBs, Energy Meters incoming, MCB/Isolator, indication lamps and terminations of all out going circuits replacement of all defective componenets, like Energy Meters, MCBs, Bus bars, wiring, lugs, bolt, nuts etc. and checking the locking system of panel doors, and making the same good as required and as directed by the Enigineer Incharge.Each once in a period of once in a year.Note:- Hardware materials, lugs, insulation tapes, cleaning agents etc. as required for the work is in the scope of department but complete Man Power with Tools shall be under the scope of the Contractor. |
| 3 | Maintenance of Lighting Distribution boards at public buildings like cleaning, checking, replacement of 4 Pole MCB/ELCB, outgoing MCBs, tightening/reterminating the cable ends all out going & incoming inside the box,checking, fixing in position of the box/ cubicle at wall etc. as required and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: Hardware materials, lugs, insulation tapes etc. as required for the work in the scope of department but complete Man Power with Toolsshall be under the scope of the Contractor. |
| 4 | Maintenance of Feeder Pillers like cleaning the cubicle inside and outside checking the tightness of incoming and out going cable terminations,retermination of damaged deteriorated lugs, connectors/bolts, connectingwires.Replacement of CMM Type FSDU/MCCB/MCB, Bus-bars, etc. in complete and making the door locking arrangement intact by repair etc. as required as directed by Engineer-incharge. Note: Hardware materials, lugs, insulation tapes, cleaning agents etc. as required for the work in the scope of department but complete Man Powershall be under the scope of the Contractor. |
| 5 | Maintenance of Distribution boards/ Junction boxes connected to 3 legged, 4 legged and Highmast tower lighting including opening the boxes cleaning the box inside & outside tightning the terminal connections at contactors, timers, MCBs, bus bar, retermination burnt & damaged terminals, replacement of components, checking & making the doors locking arrangement installation etc as required and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Maintenance as above shall be done once in a period of one year the materials like timer, contractor, MCBs, wires & tapes etc as required for work shall be under the scope of the department but man power shall be under the scope of the contractor. |
| 6 | Maintenance of LT (440Volts) compartamentlised Power Distribution panels comprising with ACBs, MCCBs, SFU, FU,as incoming and outgoing feeder switching devices like cleaning the cubicle, checcking &tightning ofall terminal connections, operational checks of all MCCB, ACB, MCB, indication lamps, replacement of defective components, checking the healthiness of wiring, earthing connections etc. as required and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Maintenance as above shall be done once in a period of one year.The materials like timer, contactors, MCBs, wires & taps etc as required for work shall be under the scope of the department but man powershall be under the scope of the contractor. |
