    Tender For Repair Of Photo Stability Chamber-1 Repair Of Photo Stability Chamber II Repair Of Stability Chamber Dark 1 01 Repair of Stability Chamber Dark-I, make WTC BINDER. Problem: System not working properly. Immediate shooting of Humidity and Temperature also not stable sometimes. Repair: Replacement of cooling system including compressor, gas filling. Change of PLC and complete controls, SSRs, solenoid valves 3 nos. Change of heating system sensor and two fans in the chamber. Complete repair of humidity generator and replacement of water level card, water level sensor. Change of complete re-wiring of the system. 01 02 Repair of Photo Stability Chamber I, make WTC BINDER. Service Report: System Humidity not stable because of cooling system malfunction. Repair: Replacement of compressor and gas filling. 01 03 Repair of Photo Stability Chamber-II, make WTC BINDER. Problem: System completely Dead. Most of the components missing including PCL, Compressor, sensors and wiring also broken at many places. Repair: NEW PLC System to be installed and complete re-designing of the circuit diagram of the system as per the new PLC. Replacing all the components used in the controls- SSRs, connectors, sensors. Replacement of cooling system including compressor, gas filling. Change of heating system sensor and two fans in the chamber. Complete repair of humidity generator and 01 replacement of water level card, water level sensor. Change of complete re-wiring of the system.
