Application of paint from 0 metres level to 25 metres level at all height, elevations <(>&<)> running equipment system. 5. All painting and surface preparation activity will be done as per AMNS guideline. 6. The quantities for supply of paint are based on reputed standard pack size. 7. High Pressure Water jet cleaning, soap oil cleaning wherever required. 8. Surface preparation either by SP-3 Power tools <(>&<)> Water blast cleaning wherever required. 9. surface should be dry and free from any contamination, oils or grease etc 10. organic material, salts fungi etc to be scrapped if any 11. Installation of Scaffolding support (wherever necessary). 12. Primer Application two coats of primer a) After completing cleaning, the metal surface immediately apply primer application as per standards. b) Do not apply paint when temperature falls below 10 degrees centigrade. Do not apply paint when humidity is above 80% or during fog, rain, or mist. All the primers and finishes are to be supplied in brushing consistency. Thinner shall be added only if viscosity increases during the application due to higher ambient temperature. Normally, addition of thinner is restricted up to 5-10% by volume in case of brush application. In case of spray application only recommended thinner shall be used to bring the paints to spraying consistency. Primer should be applied within maximum 2-3 hours after blasting, If relative humidity is over 75%, this shall be reduced to 1-1.5 hours. c) DFT @ 40 microns of Primer application is 2 coats, after curing second coat will be applied using spray painting with Air less / air spray machines. Intermediate coat: a) Apply one coat for DFT @ 80 microns using spray painting with Air less / air spray machines. Finish Painting: a) Two coats of finish painting @ 40 microns DFT using spray painting with Air less / air spray machines. b) Total DFT should be 240 microns +/- 10. 13. One Supervisor deployed for monitoring and execution of job. 14. All equipment to be thoroughly cleaned using FI-EP Thinner (flushing through hose pipes), spatulas, brushes etc. Due to any reasons if work needs to be paused, it is highly recommended to 100% utilize the mixed paint and thoroughly flush and clean with FI-EP Thinner. Container seal should not be reclosed once removed and mixed. Good Industrial Practices are recommended. Avoid spillage on natural ground, if done remove and dispose as per Environment or Regional regulations. 15. Super visor should submit Dailly Progress report (measurement sheet) for verification to the engineer in charge on daily basis and the same to be submitted at the time of billing. 16. All consumables like paints, thinner, paint brush, scaffolding pipes, clamps, safety belts <(>&<)> other safety related items are in AM/NS Scope. 17. All tools <(>&<)> tackles such as buffing m/c with buffing tools, machine, Compressor for Compressed air, pneumatic conveying hoses and necessary tools, spraying gun are in Vendor scope. 18.
