No payment shall be made on the basis of material delivery, all bills will only be processed for service work done. 10. If the quality and strength as per acceptance criterion is not achieved, then the work will not be accepted, and payment of such substandard work will not be made to the contractor. No extra amount on account of providing core cutter testing facility would be admissible to contractor. 11. Contractor need to submit daily progress, weekly, monthly PPT report with site photographs report to AMNS project team. 12. All manpower should be entered in work premise after necessary documentation followed by contractor as per AMNS rules, administration, and security department documentation, OHC fitness certificate documentation and safety induction training. 13. After receiving PO contractor should be ready to mobilize required Poclain, JCB, tractor, JCB braker, Dimond cut machine, dumper, vibro roller, dewatering pump, sub grade all approved materials, reinforcement, RMC, material test <(>&<)> all plant <(>&<)> machinery supply withing timeline schedule. 14. Safety officer <(>&<)> team to be assigned by vendor for these jobs. 15. Experience Project head, Civil Engineer team, QC engineer, supervisor <(>&<)> surveyor must be deployed at site during job work execution. 16. Work permit to be taken before starting work. Hard barricading while working at site and use safety precautions tape (night reflector tape) and use safety signage to prevent safety failures at site. Use cone or metal stand while work near to the roadside because heavy movement of trolleys, truck on roadside. Ensure proper hard barricading before starting any of the job activity on site with housekeeping otherwise penalties will be applicable. 17.
