The Existing Damaged Portion And Disposal Of Rubbish, Spreading Screened Gravel And Sand To A Required Thickness, Transportation Of Specified Quality Of Grass And Planting Properly, Including Removal Of Weeds, Forking The Ground Top Dressing, Watering And Maintaining The Lawns For A Period Of 30 Days Till The Grass Formed A Thick Lawn Free From Weeds Excluding Cost Of Gravel / Sand, Grass, Etc. Complete. 3 Nursing The Plants In Clay / Concrete Pots / Boxes Including Cleaning The Pots, Dressing The Plants, Manuring, Spraying Insecticides As And When Required For The Healthy Growth Of The Plants. 4 Potting / Repotting Plants Including Conveying Pots, Plants, Manure, Soil, Etc. Required For Filling The Pots Within Csl Keeping Potted Plants In Shades Supporting If Required Etc. Complete ( Excluding Cost Of Plants / Soil / Manure ) . 5 Transporting Of Flower Pots Of All Sizes Upto A Distance Of 1.50 Km Keeping The Same And Re-Arranging Flower Pots Keeping At Places Pointed Out By The Engineer-In-Charge.The Rate Is Inclusive Of Labour And All Incidental Expenses. 6 Using ContractorS Own Hand Cart 7 Using Departmental Vehicle 8 Dressing The Hedges To The Required Style And Shape Including Cleaning, The Dressed Materials, Removal Of All Weeds In The Bed, Disposal Of The Same At Places Pointed Out By The Engineer-In-Charge And Inclusive Of Clearing Of Debris Within A Lead Of 150M. 9 Executing Work As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge By Engaging Mazdoor Of The Contractor Including All Supervision, Tools Etc.Complete. 10 Watering The Lawns And Plants In And Around The Lawns Without Damaging The Plants And All As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. 11 Watering The Plants In Clay / Concrete Pots, Boxes Etc. Without Damaging The Plants And As Per The Direction Of The Engineer-In-Charge. 12 Mowing The Lawn / Ordinary Turf With Lawn Mower / Weed Cutter Including Clearing The Cut Lawn, Pebbles, Rubbish Etc. Complete As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. And Disposal Within A Lead Of 500M Including Cost Of Tools, Machine, Fuel, Labour Etc. Complete. 13 Cleaning And Washing The Flower Pots Without Damaging The Plants And Keeping The Same After Cleaning At Places Pointed Out By The Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Painting Flower Pots With Plants Without Damaging Plants With Paint ( Supplied Free Of Cost By Csl ) After Washing And Cleaning The Flower Pots Including Labour Required Etc.
