Manpower Services, Small Crockery & Cutlery Items, Housekeeping Materials & Fuel Charges) 1 Month Executive Canteen Services: The caterer shall prepare food/other items and service to a minimum number of 100-120 employees/visitors on all working days and it should not be binding on AM/NS, the actual consumption will be taken as per issued no of tokens provided by the contractor. Packed meals and snacks would generally be served at areas specified by the AM/NS EIC from time to time. 1 Regular Lunch (Vegetarian)-Seven days in a Week. Note: The menu would not be repeated in the entire Week Lunch Menu (sample): - • Salad (carrot /Tomato/Cucumber/Beetroot/Radish with Lemon, Green Chilly, Chana Chat, Sprout etc.) • Poori/Roti/Naan/Bhatura/Paratha etc • Pickle/Chutney • Two Veg.
