( 3 ) The Two Stands / Pillars Are To Be Fixed Suitably On Inner Plate Of 9 Mm Covered With Velvet Cloth So That The Me Dal May Not Be Displaced Due To Jerk Or Capsize Condition Of The Box. ( 4 ) . Packing In Transparent Acrylic Velvet Bo X Of Good Quality And Good Aesthetics View. ( 5 ) .Design Of Medal And Acrylic Box As Per Attached Drg. Annexure A. ( 6 ) . In The Indian Railway Logo, 17 Stars Should Be Present. ( 7 ) Weight Of Medal - 20 Gms. ( 8 ) .Silver Of 0.999 P Urity. ( 9 ) Diameter Of The Medal Should Be 1.5 Inches, ( 10 ) The Medal Should Be Hall Marked. ( 11 ) Thickness Of G Old Plating On Silver Medal Minimum 0.5 Micron. ( 12 ) Tolerance Where Not Indicated Shall Be As Per Is:2102, Part -I And Part-Ii Medium Tolerance. Sample To Be Approved Before Bulk Supply. Sample To Be Approved Only For Feel, Finish And Workmanship, Rest Of The Specification To Be Exactly As Per Tender Schedule [ Warranty Period: 30 Mo Nths After The Date Of Delivery ]
