Tender For Required Primary And Secondary Transportation For Bread And Cookies Supply • Covered body is required. • Vehicle hygiene (from outside and inside), flooring, lighting inside the container etc should be properly maintained. • Collect equivalent number of empty crates from the unloading points from RS. • Empty crates deposit same day in Plant, if issue quantity not deposit same day its will charge to Transporter month end. . • Loading and unloading of bread stock & EMPTY Create will be responsibility of the vendor. • Damage /Shortage crate will be recovered from transporter. • Damage / shortages / leakage will be recovered from transporter once handed over from CFA on NSR /PTD Value with 18% Panalty. • If distributors refused to unload the stock on the ground of delay in delivery ( late arrival at distributor points ) than company will recover bill amount from transporter and extra 20% penalty of bill amount to be imposed on transporter • Driver with valid licenses and one helper/ labour is required in each vehicle. • Freight rate should include toll tax/Green tax and loading/unloading/dala/Parking and all pocket expenses e. • Vehicle should be equipped with all requisite licenses like FSSAI etc. • Base fuel rate of CNG shall be based on price of CNG in Delhi (It will be applicable for Entire North India) • Base rate for quote CNG price Rs.76.59 /- (1st January 2024 for Delhi). • Vehicle should be in the name of owner, Relative and Company Name and should submit the copy with the proof. • In case Vehicle breaks down/Non-Available for transportation then service provider will be responsible for replacement of vehicle for the same loading. • If the transporter fails to provide vehicle then we will hire Dedicated base vehicle from the market and differential amount with penalty of Rs. 5000/- would be debited from the transporter. • The successful bidder needs to submit security deposit/ performance Bank guarantee for Rs 5 lakhs from any Nationalized/ Reputed private bank with validity of 3 months beyond the contract period. (Applicable for new vendors only. • The earnest money/bid bond deposited by the tenders shall be forfeited by this organization due to following reasons:- (i) If bid is withdrawn during the validity period or any extensions thereof. (ii) If bid is varied or modified in any manner during the validity period or any extension thereof. (iii) If a bidder, whose bid has been accepted, fails to furnish security deposit/performance bank guarantee within 10 (Ten) days of receipt of order, the bid will be cancelled and earnest money will be forfeited. • No Entry permit mandatory every Vehicle. • Per Day 10-15 Deliver Point complete without failure every route. • If service provider fails to provide the replacement vehicle for the above clause, then amount equivalent to bread which is to be dispatched on same day will be deducted from the transporter. • There will be no commitment pf minimum guarantee km (for dedicated basis). • Freight rate should include toll tax and loading/unloading/Warai/Parking etc. and exclusive of green tax( if applicable).
