Renovation Of L And T Make Air Circuit Breaker Panel Installed At Chandrawal Water Works-I.- 1 Disconnection of various rating L&T make ACB from LT panel, racking out the same & other accessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with proper tools & tackles 2 Providing of Air Circuit Breaker 1250 Amp 3 pole, MDO Type, 50 Ka Breaking capacity. Make L&T 3 Providing of Jaw Contact for 800/1000 Amp. Make: L&T 4 Providing of Jaw Contact for 1250 Amp. Make: L&T 5 Providing of indicating lamp Make: L&T 6 Providing of Under voltage trip device (UTV) Make: L&T 7 Providing Amp meter digital with selector switch with control wiring Make: L&T 8 Calibration of Relay 9 Providing /fixing and making connection of including links, bends, aluminium bus bar will be of electrolytic grade conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase colour identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile. 10 Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 1250 Amp.With phase separator I. Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with cable gland. Making connection of both incoming & out going side as required with proper insulation. 11 Fixing of the ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Fixing all the measuring instruments. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq. mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. 12 Cleaning of incoming & outgoing bus bar & panel horizontal bus bar Aluminium & Insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/PVC tape throughout in red, Yellow & blue colour to Identify three phases & black for neutral 13 Cleaning of panel /ACB, removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, complete overhauling of installed with components with making all incoming & outgoing cable connection with thimbling. 14 Testing & Commissioning of the Panel equipment asfollow:• check equipment specification• continuity and earthing • meggering all equipments for phase to phase, neutral of body&neutral for earth• testing and commissioning of and digital ampere meter and volt meter • all functional tests.• checking of all tightening of nuts-and-bolts alignment of doors etc.• inter locking tests.• Testing on load with engineer in charge
