Fabrication, and Replacement of damaged cable trays/ supports of different dimensions using MS angles, channels, flats etc. of different sizes and erecting them after painting by welding/ grouting to steel structures/ pillars/ walls etc. as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: All structural materials required and electric power for welding will be given by FACT at free of cost. All other items required for the work such as welding set with welding rods, gas cutting sets with gas, cleaning brush, painting brush, cement and sand for grouting work etc. shall be arranged bythe Contractor. The Contractor shall also arrange forapplication of one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats ofepoxy finish paint in two different colours on the fabricated trays, after cleaning of the trays (the rate quotedshall include the rate for supply and application of required quantity of primer,thinner and finish paint). The Contractor shall ensure that nocables get damaged while dismantling the old trays/erecting the new trays.

Fabrication of Aluminium Cable tray Fabrication and erection of ladder type Aluminium cable racks of width 90cm/ 65cm/ 40cm/30 cm using Aluminium angles of size 50x50x6mm and Aluminium flats of size 50x8mm and their erection in wall/ supports in Ammonia Complex. Aluminium flat rungs shall be fixed at intervals of 400mm using M8 fasteners, two numbers at each end. The fabricated aluminium cable rack shall be fixed on painted and suitably fixed MS supports with M8 fasteners as required. All fasteners used shall be of SS304 or superior and the supply shall be in the scope of the contractor. The Aluminium and MS structural required will be supplied by FACT as free.
