Tender For Gi Sheet Hard Barrication Work For Upstream Expansio 27019812 10 10 10 Fixing & laying – Hard Barrication GI sh 2,310 M2 Email : ajit.kumar@amns.in Contact : Name : Ajit Kumar Item Details : Vendor scope of work: - Work Description –Fixing <(>&<)> laying – Hard Barrication GI sheet, as per Drawing /Specification <(>&<)> Standard • All Typical sketch / Drawing of Structure for Fabrication <(>&<)> Fixing of GI sheet will be coordinated with AMNS. • Fixing of GI Sheet (Thickness 0.7mm x 900mm width) on MS channel <(>&<)> Angle with Self taping screw <(>&<)> Washer. • All Legs of MS Structure will be concreted with M30 in the below ground 500mm depth. • Application of Red Oxide / Japan Black primer or Paint on MS Channel <(>&<)> Angel. • Work to be carried out as per Site condition. • Work will be supervised by AMNS, and Vendor must execute this job as per actual site condition and AMNS coordination. • Contactors must mobilize separate supervise along with trailer for shifting of materials <(>&<)> invoicing formalities. • Hydra, Trailer <(>&<)> other required equipment will be in contracture scope of work. • Fabrication quality to be maintained as per AMNS standard. • Excavation, PCC, RCC, MS channel <(>&<)> ISA angel, backfilling all work in vendor scope. • RCC – M30 • GI sheet Hard Barrication - Boundary wall should be standard quality and grouting as per drawing and barbed wire. • Construction power supply by AMNS, if AMNS not supply power then power arrange by contractor, it is in scope. No extra payment for that. • Earth filling / Back Filling would be in vendor scope. • All required manpower, Tools Tackles, Plant Machineries <(>&<)> Manpower shall be in contractor scope. • Vendor shall follow all the safety Norms of AMNS India. • Bill certification will be done on actual quantity executed.
