Check Currents drawn by Compressor and compare with specified ratings and noted down. 23. Check shaft seal for refrigerant leaks. 24. Clean the equipment with pressurized water every month 25. Checking and rectification, if required for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage of oil, refrigerant etc. 26. Topping up system with refrigerant. 27. Checking of operation of total system. 28. Checking of control panel. 29. Develop action plan for rectifying, abnormalities if any observed in performance of the system. 30. To attend break down calls as and when required, investigation, locate defects, replace the defective parts, and verify defects and re-commissioning the system. 31.
