By Lifting The Processing Plant And M.R.F. Transporting It To The Center And Making Compost From Organic Waste In The Compost Unit Established In The Municipality, Mrf Established In The City. Computerized Collection Of Operating Work And User Charges Of The Center And Depositing It In The Municipal Fund, In Which The Tenderer Will Have To Purchase And Install Shorting Conveyor Belt With Hopper And Some Other Machines For Sorting Garbage At His Own Expense. The Garbage Coming Out Of The City Every Day Should Be Processed Scientifically And Properly Disposed Of And The Non-Organic Waste Should Be Taken To The Recycling Plant At The Place Designated By The Government/Administration And The Work Of Deposit.
