A. DEFECT DETECTION IN WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION LINES FROM 100mm TO 500MM IN DIAMETER USING CAMERA-MOUNTED PIPELINE CRAWLER ROBOT1. Hardware Specification Required:? The robot should be a tethered system that can travel into water pipelines starting from ID 100-200mm.? The robot should have a 2MP camera and should produce video/images with 480 p resolution? The Crawler should have a 6WD transmission system for better manoeuvrability and should have waterproofing of equivalent to IP 69? The robot should be powered with a single 40 W Swiss motor for pipelines ID of 100mm to 500mm.2. Support Equipment? Powered with a cable that has a length of 100 meters for the pipeline with ID of 100mm to 500mm.? The winch for coiling the cable and the visual display unit should be a single setup for ergonomic usage and easy transportation? The Crawler robot should be able to manoeuvre in any type of pipeline material.B. SOFTWARE DASHBOARD FOR DATA STORAGE, ANALYSIS, VISUALISATION AND REPORTING1. Data Storage, Visualisation and Analytics? The data generated by the robot should be visualized in a cloud dashboard within 72 hours of inspection? The dashboard should store images and videos of each and every defect identified? The dashboard should be AI-powered for defect detection.? The cloud dashboard should have MIS & KPI based reporting which should include KPIs like distance inspected and total number of defects detected etc? The dashboard should have the organisation level access points for better data management and visualization? The dashboard should be able to integrate GIS with the defect mapped on it.2. Report Generation:? The dashboard should have the ability to generate/download the inspection report in PDFformat? The Report generated by the dashboard should follow the WRC-level coding of the defects identified by the crawler, along with the risk assessment of the pipeline? The report should have a clear image of all the defects identified with description which include the position of the defect in meters from starting point, latitude and longitude coordinates and the severity grading(WRC standards)
