Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract For Maintenance Of Koel Make Diesel Engines Fitted On Track Machines For Two Years I.E., For 2023-24 & 2024 -25., Amc Includes The Services Of Engineer For The Purpose Of Carrying The Maintenance, Repairing And Overhauling Of Koel Engines Fitted On Track Machines Working Over S.C. Railway As And When Called Upon To Do So By Railway. Total Value Of The Amc Is Limited To Rs.23, 00, 000.00, ( Rs. 23 Lakhs Only ) For Two Years. The Tenderer Shall Not Quote The Total Value Not More Than The Advertised Value Of The Amc. Charges For The Same Shall Be Paid As Agreed In The Contract. Note: 1. The Rates For Service Engineer Charges In Annexure-A Attached To The Tender Document Are To Be Filled, Signed And Uploaded To The Tender Document. Cost Of Spares, Which Are Likely To Be Used / Replaced For Maintenance Of Koel Make Engines Are To Be Attached By The Tenderer Duly Signed. 2. The Rates For Labour / Machining Charges For Attending Sub-Assemblies And Major Overhauling Of Ha 694 Engine In Annexure-B, Attached To The Tender Document Are To Be Filled, Signed And Uploaded To The Tender Document. 3. The Rates For Spares, Required For Repair / Overhaul Of Fuel Pump Kirloskar Ha 694 Engine In Annexure - C To Be Filled, Signed And Uploaded To The Tender Document. 4 ) Spare Parts Required For Moh Of Ha 694 Engines Are Enclosed On Annexure D To Be Filled, Signed And Uploaded To The Tender Document. 5 ) Bid Security Declaration Are Enclosed On Annexure E To Be Filled, Signed And Uploaded To The Tender Document. 6. Tenderer Should Thoroughly Read The Tender Document, Special Conditions Of The Contract Attached To The Tender Schedule. As Per The Terms And Condition Of Amc Enclosed With The Tender Schedule Warranty Period For All New Spare Parts Except Wear And Tear Items Shall Be Warranted For 12 Months From The Date Of Supply, Against Any Material Defects And Poor Workman Ship. For Repair / Overhaul, The Contractor Will Provide Guarantee For Six Months Or 1000 Engine Working Hours Whichever Is Earlier Against Faulty Workmanship & Defective Manufacturing Of Parts.
