The Following Work Includes Overhauling And Repairing Of Vcb :- ( A ) Complete Alignment Of Three Poles. ( B ) Alignmentt Of Complete Mechanism And Also Includes The Placement Of Defective Components Which Includes Dundry Itmes Such As Charging Handle, Brass Pins, Iron Pins, Tripping Shaft, Closing Shaft, Tripping Blade, Tripping Roller, Brass / Copper Bushes, Oil Tank Rubber & Embross Rubber, Rack In, Ran Out Change ) Etc. So As To Rectify The Defects For Proper Charging And Discharging For Giving Good Result At Tripping And Closing Operations. ( C ) Cleaning And Washing Of Three Poles With Bus Bar By Thinner. ( D ) Checking And Re-Alignment Of Gap Maintaining In Vacuum Interrupters. ( E ) Completely Washing Of Trolley With Thinner. ( F ) Providing Insulated Paint On Epoxy Item I.E.
