Repairing/Rewinding of 170HP Kirloskar make motor pump set no.4 at Jal Vihar Booster Pumping station.Dismantling of motor, taking out rotor from the stator and both side cover.

Cutting the old stator burnt winding P/fixing of new F-class insulation, rewinding the stator winding with new electrolyte super enameled copper wire, making the connection, brazing the same with silver rod, pocketing the connection with F class insulation, replacement of stator winding Fiber glass Teflon copper flexible leads, varnishing the stator winding with Dr. Beck varnish and baking the same.

Cutting the burnt winding of rotor, cleaning the carbonized slots with CRC & MTO. puttingnew F class insulation material, Nomax sheet, glass paper mica sheet, glass sleeve glass tape etc. Rewinding of rotor with F class insulation taping on it, proper & jointing with sockets i/c soldering, replacement of leads from rotor winding to slipring, binding of steel bend on both side, varnishing and baking the same with Dr.Beck varnish. Dynamic balancing of rotor.
