DETAIL SCOPE TO ADD IN SPR. EAF3 TO LF5 ADDITIONALWATER CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENT. Take the appropriate work permit to job and make required isolations. Shift required tools and tackles at site. Spare pipeline (12 dia Sch. 40), flanges (12 dia.), 90* deg. Elbows (12 Dia. Sch.40) and other structural to be shifted on position / site with the help of Hydra. Pipeline to be fabricated on position as per requirement. Proper support to be provided to pipeline. Butterfly valve to be installed. Pipeline flushing/cleaning to be done, if required. DETAIL FABRICATION WORK. 1. 12” Dia, schedule# 40 MS, Pipeline, length- 150 Mtr fabrication & erection. 2. 12” Dia, schedule#40 MS Elbow (90 degree) - 20 Nos 3. 12” Dia flange- 8 Nos 4. 12” butterfly Valve- 4 Nos 5. Pipeline structural support from column & 9.8 Mtr platform- beam weight- approx. 2.5T 6. This job must be done at various height of 4 to 10 Mtr with scaffolding support & material to be lifted at site manually with help of manpower & chain pulley block, hence time will be taken more for job execution.
