    Tender For Fab & Erec. Of Misc. Structure 1 27019624 10 10 10 FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STRUCTURES 50 TO Email : GULREZAKHTAR.OLAYEE@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Gulrez Akhtar Olayee Item Details : A) Scope of Work for Vendor • General fabrication and erection of structural material, viz platforms, pit covers, handrails etc. The total weight in contractor’s scope would be approx. 50 MT. The structural steel will be issued to the contractor free of cost. • Required tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumable material, welding electrodes (Ador, ESAB, L<(>&<)>T, D<(>&<)>H), gases, safety gears, W elding and cutting operations will be in the contractor’s scope. • Material handling as well as lifting equipments i.e. Farana, slings, D-shackles, chain pulley blocks, tractor/trailer will be in contractor scope. • Raw materials loading, unloading, and shifting from stores or another location to HSM site as per instruction by AMNS engineer shall be arranged by the contractor including shifting of fabricated materials to work spot. • Required skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower will be in contractor scope. • The contractor must arrange all safety gear and safety officer as per AMNSI safety procedures/standards. • Primer and finish coating will be in contractor’s Scope while paints will be issued to contractor at free of cost and loading/unloading of the same shall be in contractor’s scope. Other the paint all accessories will be arranged by contractor. • Contractor shall maintain cleanliness of work area and dispose all waste material as per instruction of AMNS staff.
