The Team shall contain 2 skilled <(>&<)> 2 semiskilled persons and the job and the billing quantity is the number of full set pellet car rollers and wheels replaced or serviced. 2. New carriage and End carriage, along with all the necessary resources required for assembling the pellet cars are to be shifted from main stores to the Pellet car servicing bay. 3. Carry out the assembling of New carriage with End carriages as per the SOP and fasten the 16 number of M42 Bolts on either side of center carriage. 4. Torque tightening of the End Carriage Bolts is to be ensured. 5. Spring seal bar assembly is to be carried out with the new spring seal bar, cover and springs. 2 number of Spring seal bar assemblies are to be put on the End carriages. 6. The standard Scope of servicing or installation of pellet car wheel and pressure roller replacement procedure to be carried out.(New Pressure roller and wheel assemblies are to be put on end carriages. A total of 4 number PRB bearings and 4 number wheels are to assembled on one car.) 7. Grate bars are to be installed in pellet cars along with the locking bars and this pellet car is to be shifted to the Pellet car changing bay for installation in the machine. All the Pellet Cars spares and components are provided by AM/NS. Lifting tools <(>&<)> tackles, crane, trailer for transportation shall be arranged by AM/NS. Necessary hand tools and tackles such as spanners, sledging hammers, Pneumatic PVC hose 100meter, Oxy acetylene flame torch with flash back arrestors, Portable Welding Machine with necessary earthing cable and cable for welding are in vendor
