    Tender For Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning Of Vfd Driven Submersible Water Pump Motor Set As Specified Below With Provision Of Scada Control System For Future Automation With Electrical Installation At Tajnapur Lis Stage- Ii, Disributory System Tal- Shevgaon, Dist.- Ahmednagar Design, Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 2 Stage Submersible centrifugal vertical motor pump set with fix type arrangement connection cable,delivery pipe, valves etc complete along with all relevant required equipments ie. check valve sluice valve pressure gauge, guide pipe thurst block & cable, control panel etc suitable for 415 volt, 50 Hz voltage rating, Soft Starter suitable for Motors rating & as per relevant IS. Capacitor cubicles for the motors to improve the power factor to 0.95. 1) Pump casing:- CI FG 260, IS 210 2) Casting wearing ring :- Bronze 3) Motor Casing & other parts :- CI FG 260 IS 21 4) Fasterners in contact with liquid:- Stainless Steel 5) impeller & wear ring SS (CF 8M) & Bronze 6) Materials specified (a) Rotor Shaft:-AISI 410 MECH SEAL, (b)Upper side:- Carbon vs Cast Cr Mo steel, (c) sheath:- Dual PVC Sheathed round type (d) Conductor:- Copper (e) suction strainer :SS 7) All pumps motor running at 1500 rpm. 8)All cables provided with insulation grade IP65 9) Provision for PLC conntrol to be considered in the electrical panels for future remote SCADA control system.accomodation.
