Tender For Iimk Campus: Painting And Allied Maintenance Works In Connection With The Annual Convocation 2024 -1 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (readymade) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers specification including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc. complete. (a) One or more coats on old work (b) Two or more coats 2 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint of required shade on old work including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc. complete. (a) One or more coats on old work (b) Two or more coats 3 Applying rust remover liquid for cleaning MS hand rails, structural roof members etc, including scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface, etc including cost for all materials and labour charges. 4 Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide Zinc chromate iron primer of approved brand and manufacture on iron works including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc. complete. 5 Painting with synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, etc. complete.- (a) One or more coats on old work (b) Two or more coats 6 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work 7 Painting with Floor Guard Exterior Paint as per the approved pattern (water based acrylic emulsion) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats after cleaning the surface and applying a coat of primer as approved by the manufacturer, etc. complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.(For marking centre lines of the road in curves,Painting the road humps , culvert parapets, guard stones etc 8 Providing and laying C.C 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 9 Providing & applying 12mm thick wall plaster in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand using 25% coarse sand and 75% fine sand), at all heights and levels including scaffolding, curing etc. complete. 10 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of form for- walls including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. 11 Providing & laying double groove Mangalore pattern interlocking clay roofing tiles (Grade I) of approved size and pattern including fixing with lime-surki mortar with all leads & lift as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The cost should including removing of damaged roof tiles upto a lead of 2km etc complete. 12 Providing & laying Terracotta ceiling tiles (Grade -I) of approved size and pattern on existing reaper with all leads & lift as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The cost should including removing of damaged tiles upto a lead of 2km etc complete. 13 Providing & laying Ridge/Hip Tiles of approved brand & manufactures on existing repaer with all leads & lift as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The cost should including removing of damaged tiles upto a lead of 2km etc complete. 14 Kota stone slab flooring (25 mm thick slab) over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with igment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The cost to include for all incidentals as required for completion of works. 15 Cera-Granite Flooring: Providing Cera-Granite stone slab flooring (as per sample available in site) over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) : Minimum 75 mm thick. 16 Vitrified Floor Tiling: Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles after removing the existing broken/damaged tiles, having maximum area 0.40 m2 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc,complete and damaged tile up to a lead 2km 17 Ceramic glazed wall tiles: Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in Terracotta colour with mat finish. 18 Supplying of Un-skilled labourers for cleaning Boards/ Kotta slabs at cills / jambs / RR Claddings and other miscellaneous works. Quantities shall be procured based onactual site requirements. Vendor shall also may visit the site for understanding the quantum of work involved.
