    Auction Sale Of Old/Scrapped Midi Metro Feeder Buses (Tata Ultra Urban 6/9 Cng Buses), Lying At Govindpuri And Yamuna Bank Depot.1) The Successful Bidder Will Have To Get The Registration Of All The Vehicles Transferred In His Name & It Is The Responsibility Of Successful Bidder To Renew All The Legitimate Documents Required In Transferring Of Ownership Of Vehicles In Their Name. The Cost Of Renewal Of Such Documents Shall Be Borne By The Bidder.2) Vehicles Will Be Handed Over To The Successful Bidder Only After He Has Got The Registration Of The Vehicles Transferred In His Own Name.3) The Successful Bidder Will Ensure The Ultimate Disposal Of These Vehicles As Per The Provisions Of Motor Vehicle (Registration And Functions Of Vehicle Scrapping Facility, (Rvsf) Rules 2021 And Its Amendment Dated 13/09/22.4) Scrapped Feeder Buses Are Lying At Govindpuri Depot & Yamuna Bank Depot Of Dmrc & The Same Shall Be Delivered To The Successful Bidder On ?As Is Where Is Basis?. No Cutting Will Be Allowed In Dmrc?S Premises.5) All The Necessary Documents For Removal Of Hypothecation Shall Be Provided By Dmrc.6) In Addition To Above The Successful Bidder Shall Also Be Required To Furnish An Undertaking So As To Indemnify Dmrc Against Any Claim Which May Be Raised By Any Third Party For Any Incident/Accident Involving The Vehicle After Its Delivery To Purchaser.7) No Claims Will Be Entertained For Missing Parts Or Components (If Any) Of The Vehicles.8) Purchaser Has To Deposit The Bsv+Gst+Tcs To Dmrc.
