On road price for scooter with side wheels for use of physically challenged persons (Engine - 109cc or above) along with attached side wheels, tax insurance, registration, etc. In addition rate quoted should be inclusive of cost of two wheeler, side wheel to be attached, helmet, rear view mirror, handle for pillion rider etc stipulated in MV Act, charge towards loading and unloading, tax and other charges.
