It should be perfectly fixed/welded back by vendor up to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. 4.Most care should be taken during the job to avoid damage to the equipment/structure nearby. 5.Free supply of air, water and electricity will be provided at single point. adequate lighting will also be provided. 6.Vendor will ensure the use of all PPEs & safety rules and regulations. 7.Internal plant movement transportation should be in vendor scope. 9.All jobs will be taken with all required certified tools & tackles and will be in vendor’s scope. 10.Vendor will ensure the job supervision as commitment of area in charge. 11.The contractor shall be responsible for taking corrective action for any notices of violations Issued because of the contractors or any subcontractors actions or operations during the Performance of this contract. 12.The Contractor shall supervise and direct the work, using qualified labor and proper equipment for all tasks. Safety of the Contractor’s personnel and equipment is the responsibility of the Contractor. 13.Statutory requirement and require documentations providing and maintaining parts is in vendor Scope as per iso standard. 14.All workers those who are engaging in job, must having skill/job profile wise approval card like rigger, tech, welding card etc. 15.Must Ensure and Providing Supervisor for each 6-manpower team is in vendor scope. 16.Must Be ensure 5s Activities * No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. * Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. * Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor.
