Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Cremation Furnace with: Heavy Duty Furnace Frame with 100x50 C Channel Base frame, Outer Re-enforcement Structure in 75x40 C channel, Inner chamber Sheet in 4mm thickness, Primary & Secondary chamber with Refractory Bricks and Ceramic Fiber Insulation, Up & Down Sliding Door Mechanism with Counter weight Type, Roller Pulley wheels etc, Smoke Suction system with front & back Door Opening with Ducting system including 3HP ID Fan Direct Drive, Removable door chamber with Doors for Easy Maintenance & Services, Exhaust L duct with Refractory Brick insulation and IS8 Grade Slaps, Extension Duct from L Duct to Pipeline, Furnace to outer Flange. Exhaust Pipeline from Furnace up to Wet Scrubbing Tank with Suitable Standard Bend and Flange with support structures including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete.

Design, Manufacturing & Supply of Double Chambered Wet Scrubbing System with cyclone separator & SS Mesh filter & Filter media, Forced water jet nozzle solid cone with water Pump and pipe line from water tank to wet scrubber. Inspection doors for both chambers including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete.
