Societies Ltd.,Complete Job Outsourcing of analysis work related to Mfg. Laboratory for two shifts in Shahabad Co-operative Sugar Mill Ltd. 2 Scope of work for Mfg. Laboratory:-Lab Boy / Sample Boy and Lab Chemist provided by the tenderer shall collect, prepared and analysis all juicessample, molasses samples etc. detail of work given below. :-i. Sample Boy Collect Primary juice sample, Mix juice sample, Last juice sample, Clear juice, Unsulphured syrup sample, Sulphured syrup sample, final molasses sample, Bagasse sample, Mud sample, Sugar sample.ii. Sample Boy put biocide chemical at first mill, forth mill and in mud tank to prevent the growth of microorganism.iii. Lab Boy prepared the following sample for analysis:- Primary juice sample, Mix juice sample, Last juice sample, Clear juice, Unsulphured syrup sample, Sulphured syrup sample, final molasses sample, Bagasse sample, Mud sample, Sugar sample, A- massecuite sample, B- massecuite sample, C- massecuite sample, C1 massecuite sampleiv. Lab Chemist analyses the following sample:- Primary juice sample, Mix juice sample, Last juice sample, Clear juice, Unsulphured syrup sample, Sulphured syrup sample, final molasses sample, Bagasse sample, Mud sample, Sugar sample, A- massecuite sample, B- massecuite sample, C-massecuite sample, C1 massecuite samplev. Lab Chemist maintain all analysis record in registers and in sheets.vi. Lab Chemist does all special analysis:- Sugar color, Dextran in primary juice, Reducing sugar in Mix juice andin Clear juice, Cane sample for pol in cane, preparatory index, primary juice extraction .vii. The tenderer will ensure minimum 06 manpower i.e., (2 Lab Chemist and 4 Lab Boy / Sample Boy). This manpower required for two shifts or say one shift required 1 Lab Boy , 1 Sample Boyand 1 Lab Chemist.viii. Any Other work required at Mill Laboratory on direction of Lab Incharge.ix. Tenderer will ensure to deployed experience man power and prescribed qualification of lab chemist is mandatory.
