ALL PAINTS, PUTTY, COLOR, THINER, PRIMER ARE IN VENDOR SCOPE Scope of work by vendor:- 1)Cleaning of old paint/rust/dust to be done of pipelines with suitable tools and tackles. Tools and tackles are in contractors scope. 2)The jhoola,ascending/descending device , fall protection device will be in the scope of contractor. 3)Skilled and competent manpower to be engaged for this job particularly the persons should be experienced to work at height. 4)Power tool to be brought by contractor wherever cleaning is reqd by power tooling.Power tool to be certified by AMNS engineer. 5)Before applying primer, the cleaned surface to be shown to AMNS engineer. 6)Before applying first coat of paint, the surface is to be shown to AMNS engineer.Same is applied for second coat application. 7)Paints will be in contractor scope..The brush/roller/spray mc etc to be brought by contractor. 8)All safety PPE as per company rules to be brought by contractor. 9)All gatepass formality to be completed by contractor. Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass.
