| 1 | M&L for construction of header made out of MS pipe of 300 mm dia, (Thickness of MS pipe not less than 12mm), 4 mtr length (In Two piece of each 2 mtr Length), A butterfly Valve 300 mm dia fixed centre of MS pipe with Flange, Flanges are tighten with nut bolts and two washers etc of suitable size and length complete and providing holes forfixing/welding MS pipe pieces with One flanged end for fixing of 02 Nos sluice valve of size 150 mm diaand 04 Nos of 100 mm dia. MS pipe should be fixed on PCC in foundation with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded trap stone aggregate) (30 cm in below G.L & 30 cm above GL) & anchoring with MS strip at 03 place (MS strip should be grouted in PCC as suitable) and masonary block constructed with 230 mm thick bricks, sub class \"B\" bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4 and 15mm thick plastering to brick masonary in cement mortar, including Excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.Note (i) Quoted Rates are also included to fixing/welding ofMSpipes cut pieces as required size/type/length on site each for all 06 Nos inlet/outlet water supply pipeline connections & all type PCC foundation & Brick work complete (ii) All T&P, materials will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) MS fittings like, Flange, Dead Plate, Bends, Reducers etc and Sluice/Butterfly valves should be measured and paid separetaly under appropriate items below. |
