panels(any make) with all applicable/ routine tests of system installed for switchyard including checking of all control connections, perform operation of protection & control features of system with all operations tobe carried out from the scada system panels by maintaining remote & local activities of switchyard equipments including checking & testing of all indications, annuciators & monitoring from control room complete as per standards with test reports & any detected fault report. onsite checking and testing of plcc system/panels including ups with all applicable/ routine tests for all connected equipments/accessories with necesary test & trials as per msetcl standard complete with test reports & any detected fault report. onsite checking, & testing of various panels (any make) with all applicable/ routine tests of incommer panel, feeder panel, c & r panel, bus protection panel, bus coupler panels etc panels required for the 132 kv or 33kv substations with checking of all control connections, perform operation of protection & control features of system with all operations tobe carried out from the scada system (if available) panels by maintaining remote & local activities of switchyard equipments checking & testing of all indications, annuciators & monitoring from control room complete as per standards with test reports & any detected fault report. onsite gas filling for 132 kv or 33kv sf6 circuit breaker with required pressure as per is supply & erection of electrostatic energy (ese) lightning arrester, early streamer emission air terminal (eseat) with following specifications: eseat protection radius 107 mtr. with suitable mast height, with triggering time of 60 micro second as per nfc 17-102: 2011 which release the ascending discharge excitation in good time of stored electrostatic energy which is present in atmosphere. the eseat air-terminal shall be tested as per nfc 17-102:2011 (annexure c) to support a 100ka current (waveform 10/350 µs). test to be performed in compliance with nfc 17 102 version 2011. the eseat should be able to work in both (positive and negative) lightning polarities. the eseat should be testing in the eseat shall be in strict compliance with the new test guidelines as per annex c of the revised nfc 17 102 version 2011 for ese lightning protection system. the eseat shall be made of stainless steel 304l grade non- corrosive metallic components, electronic circuit, triggering device etc generate the streamer. the following test should be conducted for eseat in high voltage laboratory as per nfc 17-102: 2011 annex c clause c a. general test: visual inspection, identification and marking b. mechanical test: for inspecting dimensional characteristic c. environmental test: salt mist test humid sulphurous atmosphere treatment e. early streamer emission test: compared the relative break-down time of eseat with srat the eseat should be type tested by cpri for impulse current of 70 ka (8/20 µs) for one of the samples. the eseat to be a fully autonomous system requiring no external power supply. the eseat shall be testable on site. the eseat should be sustainably designed to mitigate its environmental impact the eseat to be mounted on provided base & support arrangements warranty: 5 years (60 months) from the date of commissioning with supply of minimum 6 digit electro- mechanical lightning discharge counter mounted on down conductor having following features: a. range of intensity: 1 ka (8/20 ps) 100 ka (10/50 ps) b. working temp of -20°c to +60°c c. protection class: ip 65 d. easy to monitor and install and no maintenance required. e. standards applicable: iec 62561 lightning protection system components (lpsc) - part 6: requirements for lightning strike counters (lsc) lightning strike counter to be mounted at a height of about 2mtr from ground level with provided pole clamp this item proposed to installed as per the technical specifications; along with 3 nos of fast electrode mode fe-88, 1 mtr long gl earthing with 25 kgs earth enhancing compound; 5 mtr gi mounting pole with base plate, 7 mtr of 70 sq.mm cooper flexible cable, 35 kgs gl strip and accessories.
