LT modules size 1,2 & 3 Charges for rackout the L.T modules from the panel – Removing from its position – Removal of coal dust deposited over all electrical components such as power contactors, auxiliary contactors , fuse switch , control fuse holders, CT ammeter, selector switch , indicating lamp holders control transformer , power and control wiring and etc., by using blower / vacuum cleaner / cleaning brush. Removing the power contactors arc chute, auxiliary contactor top cover and cleaning the carbon deposition over the fixed and moving contacts by using good quality electrical contact cleaner (molykote) Tightness checking of all bolts and nuts, of power and control wiring with components. Reassembling the contactor arc chute and top covers in the respective places –After completion of work check the IR values of wirings and racked in the L.T modules to the panel and put into service position and check the operating condition of the module. Including assistance for shift operator round the clock in shift duty in the locationStacker and reclaimer. Including cost of all consumables T&P hire charges, etc complete.Size 3 (30 KW to 125 KW)

Transformers :Charges for Routine maintenance for removal of dust from the outer surface of the transformer by using blower cleaning the earth resistance box and bucholz relay, oil level gauge glasses checking of oil level and winding temperature indicator in transformers upto 2 MVA in coal handling area. Including cost of all consumables T&P hire charges, etc complete.

LT Bus:Charges for removing the top & side cover of cable chamber and removal of carbon dust deposited over the bus bar, support insulators and cable connecting terminals by blower / vacuum cleaner and tightness checking of bus bar joints, insulator support bolts & cable end termination if found any abnormalities such as in the bus bar joints bolts, cable end termination bolts and cable end lugs found charred condition, cutting the burnt portion and providing the new lugs & crimping (lugs &bolts will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost).After completion of work checking the IR value of the LT bus. Checking the machine earthing provisions ensuring for proper earthing of the machine including cost of all consumables T&P hire charges,etc complete.

HT Breaker :Charges for removing of terminal covers – rack out theHT breaker from the panel – remove from its position –removal of carbon in all electrical components –moving/fixed Contacts – protection CTs with molykote– tightness checking of all bolts and nuts – internalwiring with components – checking the SF6 gas leveland gas filling up – checking of spring charges motorcondition – after completion of work breaker rackedinside the panel and put into service position –checking the healthiness of the breaker. including assistance for shift operator round the clock inshift duty in the location Stacker and reclaimer.

Power and Control Junction boxes: Charges for Cleaning of Coal dust deposition over the busbar of Power Junction boxes of Stacker-I&II and Reclaimer-I&II and cleaning coal dust deposition over the Terminal Blocks in the Control Junction boxes of Stacker-I&II and Reclaimer-I&II which are interlinking between coal handling control room and Stacker & Reclaimer machines and checking tightness of all power and control cable terminations. Including cost of all consumables T&P hire charges, etc complete.
