    Tender For Maintenance Of Gas Crematorium-1.Maintenance of LPG crematorium and installation of MS Chimney. a)Supplying and fixing chimney for 30.00m height in 5 parts made by 6mm MS Sheet.16mm plate and 10Bclass pipes, bottom flanges 2nos ,dia 1500mm,thick 16mm,fixed 300 mm apart with sufficient stiffeners cone length 18m and balance 12m with Dia 10pipes and D type flanges and canopy. Bottom size of cone 900mm and top 250mm.At 10m Height plat form,10.5m Ht sampling point, ladder upto top. Bottom fittingDia1 1 1meter length 20nos foundation bolts connected to bottom footing connection work dia 6pipe etc. Lightning arrester provide with Chimney aluminum Strip, 1 1/2 GI pipe, earth plate GI Patta,PVC bus bar support,fasteners, charcoal, salt, escalation, labour etc. Demolishing of existing chimney, stackingsuitable place and Erection of new chimney included.b)Supplying and fixing 150mm dia MS refractory lagged pipe from 5 HP ID blower to chimney / manifold. Removing old Blower connection pipe and stacking suitable place. c) For furnace leakage rectification-IS 8 refractory brick lining with minimum thickness 230mm to withstand 1500c with high quality cast able fire clay and mortar with specific type of curing to the furnace. d)Trolley rectification - Stretcher type trolley Fully SS with SS bed and provision for easy sliding of the body in to the primary chamber with minimum size of 11ftx3ftx2ft for trolley rectification. e)Supplying and fixing Blower chamber 5HP hot air centrifugal id Fan blower bearing block model , belt drive system with motor ,pulley belt and stand only. f) Operational maintenance for 5 Years.
