Drawing / QAP / Job Procedure / WPS/ PQR / Approved Document. 2. Work Instructions/ Approved Painting Methodology. 3. Power for site work at single point. 4. EOT Crane/Mobile Crane/Farana/Trailer for Shifting <(>&<)> installation Activities. 5. QA/QC Documentation as per AMNS Requirement. 6. Raw material required for fabrication. Supplier’s Scope- 1. Fabrication of Handrailing as per drawing/ suit to site as suggest by AMNSI. 2. Loading, Shifting and Unloading at work site will in contractor scope. 3. Installation of Handrails around the pits covers and openings will be in contractor scope. 4. Work to be carried out as per Drawing/Sketch/suite at site condition. 5. All consumables material, Fabrication Tools <(>&<)> Tackles, lifting tools <(>&<)> Tackles will be in Contractor scope. 6. Painting of Handrails as per tech Specs Provided by AMNS will be in contractor scope. Supply of Paints <(>&<)> Red oxide will be in contractor scope. 7. Removal of Dust /Mud /Oil etc. with appropriate and approved cleaning methodology before painting. 8. All Painting Support Equipment’s /consumables /Methodology shall be in scope of supplier. 9. Manpower should be as per Project Requirement to meet the Timeline. 10. All Staff like Site supervisor, Safety <(>&<)> Quality person must be deployed at the time execution on site (Certified by AMNS QC <(>&<)> Safety Team). 11. Adequate Skilled Manpower for the work. 12. Labor License, Compliance of statutory requirements as per Govt. norms <(>&<)> AMNS policies, PF/ESIC/Insurance Requirements. 13. Processing of Gate Pass <(>&<)> Other Formalities. 14. Monthly Materials Reconciliation Report. 15. Worker accommodation. 16. Transportation of workers to Worksite. 17. Housekeeping at Worksite daily - Area Cleaning after work completion and during site evacuation. 18. PPEs for Workers, Supervisors engaged. 19. Safety Apparatus like Flashback Arrester, Dial Gauge, Conduit Pipes Flexible Wires, DB with Proper Rating ELCB/RCCB. 20. Providing Lifeline, Safety Harness, safety/florescent jacket, Fall Arrester, Safety Net, Ladder wherever required. 21. All Protection measures to avoid spillage of Paints over Equipment’s other Structures shall be in scope of Vendor. Item Note :
