NOTEPer Metric Ton (1,000 kg) rates shall be quoted by the bidder. Bidders should also enter the GST amount, Freight Charges and any others taxes as applicable of Government of India & Government of Tripura (if any). If the bidder should quote 0 (Zero) in GST & Freight charges column (i.e. column no 6 & 7) in the BOQ. The bids would be treated as canceled/invalid.If any bidder quotes NIL value, the bid shall be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered.
