(poles to be supplied by deptt.) 3 Dismantling of 9 Mtr. Poles / 8 Mtr with pit excavation along with All Allied accessories,( tap Lines from each subdivision spared under Launguishing/capex) 4 Dismantling of 8 Mtr with pit excavation along with All Allied accessories,( tap Lines from each subdivision spared under Launguishing/capex) 5 Dismantling of old stranded ACSR conductor (Tap Lines from each subdivision spared under Launguishing/capex) 6 Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site , Laying , stringing, tensioning and binding of 50 mm2 ACSR Conductor , including joints by PG clamps wherever required.(conductor to be supplied by deptt) 7 Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site , Laying , stringing, tensioning and binding of 30 mm2 ACSR Conductor , including joints by PG clamps wherever required.(conductor to be supplied by deptt) 8 Cement bottoming of S Tpoles in 1:3:6 mix as per REC standard 0.45 cum/pole, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete. 9 Cement bottoming of S Tpoles in 1:3:6 mix as per REC standard 0.5 cum/pole, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete. 10 Supply and Painting of poles with one coat of redoxide and two coats of Aluminium paint of standard quality. 11 Supply and Erection of Galvanized stay set complete with 50 x 8 mm stay clamps, guy insulators 02 nos, anchor plate (200 x 200 x 6 mm), nut bolts ,02 No turn buckle ,1.8 m long, 16 mm dia solid GS rod & 7/3.15 mm dia G.I stranded wire complete. 12 Supply and fixing of pole Earthing by G.I pipe 40 mm dia or G.I rod 20 mm , 2.5 mtr long through GI strip. 13 Fixingof GI “V’ cross-arm (75x40x40x6)mm with Pole Top Bracket including backclamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole structure as per REC standard. 14 Supply & installation testing commissioning of 11 KV 3 -phase 3 pole , Isolator complete with all accessories as per REC standard 15 Supply & fixing ,testing, commissioning of 11 KV Disc. Insulators 45 KN (Polymer) with fittings as per REC specification. 16 Fixing of LT Structure Single shackle set (Mukhi Type)as per REC standard. 17 Fixing, testing ,commissioning of LT shackle Insulators 16KNas per REC specification. 18 Installation ,testing , commissioning of11 KV Pin Insulators (Polymer) with pins 5KN as per REC specifications. 19 Supply &fixing of GI nuts and bolts of sizes
