    Auction Sale Of Total Qty =28 Nos, Description:-1Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarters: Rpf Colony Type Ii Bi No: 339/1-2, 466/1 Roof Area Ac Sheet, Bapu Up Nagar Type Ii Bi No. 607/1-4, 279/Sc/1-10, 1247/1-4 Roof Area Ac Sheet, Bapu Up Nagar Type I Bi No. 66/1 Roof Area Rcc , Babu Colony Type Iii Bi No: T/12/1-2 Roof Area Ac Sheet Including Damaged Ac Sheet Roofing (As Is Where Is Basis ) Type I= 1 No + Type Ii = 25 Nos + Type Iii = 2 Nos Total 28 Units. Abandoned Building Components Includes The Visible Items Only. Remarks :- (1)Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Barbed Wire Fencing, Pvc Doors & Asbestos Ceiling The Same Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder. 2.Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property . Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All He Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Out Side Rly Land By The Purchaser. 3. Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post Int The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction. 4. Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. 5. The Iron Materials Hidden In Wall If Any Found Will Be Returned To Railway.
