    Auction Sale Of Dismantling Of Multistoried Type Ta Quarter Single Unit(22 Nos) Condemned And Abandoned Railway Quarters. I)After Demolishing Of Railway Quarters, Debris Of Building Structures Is To Be Removed By The Purchaser , Ii) The Debris Are Not To Be Disposed Or Dumped Within The Railway Premises Unless Otherwise Instructed By Engineer In Charge Of Metro Railway..Iii) These Quarters To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Condition Basis And As One Lot Basis Iv) Details Of Materials In Measurement And Weight Is Approximate Only. No Claim Will Be Entertained On This. V) Demolishing And Removal Of Building Materials Are To Be Carried Out By The Purchasers Own Cost Only.Vi) Purchasers Will Demolish, Clear And Remove Debris Up To Ground Level Only.Vii) No Explosives Should Be Used For Dismantling .Viii) All Safety Measures Should Be Ensured By The Purchasers For Safety Of His Workers Like Safety Belt, Shoes, Hand Gloves, Goggles, Helmets Etc And No Claim Will Be Entertained In Respect Of Any Accident, Theft Or Loss. Ix) No Shortage/ Refund Will Be Entertained For This Lot Once Sold. X) If Any Un- Identified Items Are Found At The Time Of Demolition Of Metro Railway Quarters , The Same Should Be Treated As Not For Sale And Handed Over To The Custodian Before Delivery. Xi)If Any Unconnected Railway Materials/ P.Way Materials Are Found In Front Of/Near/ Rear Of The Building, The Same Should Be Handed Over To The Custodian Of Metro Railway. Xii) The Purchaser Should Ensure That There Is No Disturbances To Environment And Should Not Violate Extant Rules Of Government Regarding Pollution Etc.
