LRB INSULATION 50MM 600 M2 Email : harit.mehta@amns.in Contact : Name : Harit Mehta Item Details : ANNEXURE – 1 SPR TITLE: Kiln#3 Baghouse Insulation work Job Description: LRB Insulation 50mm with Density 80 Kg/m3 with 22 SWG Al.sheet Cladding for Lime Kiln#3 Baghouse Qty: 600 M2 Scope of Work- Vendor • Contractor shall provide all services inclusive of all Materials like LBR insulation 50mm with Density 80 Kg/m3, 22 SWG AL Cladding (Sheet), MS Strip for Spacer Ring, screw and the putty for sealing etc… • Providing all necessary required manpower, Skilled / Unskilled worker, technical supervisor Tools <(>&<)> Tackles and Equipments at site of work • Fixing of insulation work of entire Baghouse and connecting ducts. • Lifting and Shifting of insulation material at site. • Required scaffolding in scope of vendor. • Required Tools, Tackles and equipment to complete the work. • All necessary services to complete the job in scope of vendor. • Work will be done from 8.5 mtr to 19 Mtr platform level. Scope of Work- AMNSI • Work supervision and ongoing and final inspection of scaffolding work. • Utility like Power, water and Air. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured • Safety violation must be penalizing as per central safety committee rule. • Job quantity will be decided by the department/site in charge • Contractor shall ensure safety of his personnel <(>&<)> follow all safety measures prescribed and shall provide for all safety requirements as per the demands of the services rendered at your own cost with all necessary PPE’s (personal protective equipment) Item Note :
