| 1 | Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm (Fifty Three milimeter ) to 0.075 mm( zero point Zero Seventy Five Millimeter ) having CBR Value-25 (twenty Five) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess ,royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 2 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 3 | Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.With rapid setting(RS-1) bituminous emulsion on bituminous surface@ 0.25 kg/ sqm(zero point twenty fivekilogram per square meter) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentalsas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution work, welfare cess, royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 4 | Providing , laying androlling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre)compactedthickness composed of crushedstone aggregate 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre ) @ 0.27 cubic metres (Zero point two seven )per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre)mixed with pentration grade paving bitumenV.G-30 (Viscosity grade-Thirty )at the rate of 14.6 kg.(Fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared baseincluding mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty - hundred ) capacity static road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-Bby machanical means as per MORDtechnical specification 2014. clause 508 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkanatoll tax ,goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess, royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
