Supply And Installation Of Traffic Signaling System At Street No. 751 And 4444 Service Road Crossing Near Ias Residence, Action Area Ii, Newtown, Kolkata, Under Nkda.- 1 Supply and Installation of microcomputer/microprocessor based Auto/Manual Traffic Sequence Controller including providig of cabinate, Junction box and other accessories necessary to equip the Controller fully.All controller shall be full equipped to meet method of control specifiedfor given intersaction and shall be capable of expantion, upgradation including synchronisation with set of signals on siteat further date. Controller shall be equipped for taking seven phases ,including Pedestrain phases. Contorllers shall be capable of operating in the following modes. a)Fixed Time. b)Demand Dependent as per plan. c)Manual. d)Flashing. There should be a provision of 24 set of plan a day and to be operated by 12 V DC. 2 Supply and Installation of Polycarbonate signal aspects of size 300 mm. dia.including Light Emitting Diode (LED) display units, visor, lenses of appropriate colour brackets,frame works,clamping bars,flexile wires,flexile pipes etc.for side mounting, writing etc.for per espect of signal head. 3 Supply and Installation of cantilever pole (class B mediamMS Pipe of ISI Marked) of approved designof 9.2 meter in lenght with 3 meter overhang including providing foundation (as per drawingenclosed), Junction Box, pole caps of fiber-glass and painting with redoxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint ofapproved quallity. 4 Supply and Installation of 7.5 meters lenth straight pole (class B mediamMS Pipe of ISI Marked) including providing foundation (as per drawingenclosed), Junction Box, pole caps of fiber-glass and painting with redoxideprimer and two of coats synthetic enamelpaint ofapproved quallity. (Approved) 5 Supply and Installation of 2 Nos. Poly Crystalline Solar Panels of 100 W/12 V power rating and size 666mm X 1066mm X 35mm on each poles and 2 for the controller along with the necesseryharness to keep it firmly in its place( as perthe stifaction of the inspectingEngineer). 6 Supply and Installation of PVC charges contoller 12 V 20 AMP DC PWM for astable current and voltage generation along with a battery (no less than 200AH) that is tobe safely in box weided by the side of the pole. 7 Router to communicate with the pole and controller with their mounting. 8 Earthing of all Poles Piller box, with pipe electrode. 9 Supply and fixing of manual operator console with display and other controller. 10 Supply and Installation ofpiller box of size 750 mm X 600 mm X 1200mm (height)made out of CR sheet of 5mm thick to house controller ,electric meter ,switches etc.complite as per satifaction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Interconnection ,termination glanding and commissioning charges etc. complete.
