The Inner Of The Furnace Shall Be Painted With Heat Resisting Aluminium Paint ( 400*C ) And The Outer Of The Furnace Shall Be Buffed. * Insulation: The Furnace Shall Be Lined With One Layer Of Insulation Of Ceramic Wool Thick, Next Layer Of Calcium Silicate Board Of 2” Thick And Final Layer Of High Temperature Refractory Element Support Bricks Of 2” Thick Which Shall House The Replaceable Heating Elements. The Heating Element Shall Be Held Place And Shall Be Partially Exposed. Thus, The Total Of 6” Insulation Shall Be Provided On All Sides. * Heating Elements: Heating Elements Shall Be Made Of Kanthal Apm Wire Of 16 Swg And The Surface Loading Of The Wire Shall Be Lower Than 8 Watts Per Sq. Inch Or 1.25 Watts / Sq.Cm. The Heating Elements Shall Be Placed Inside Ceramic Board And Cemented Using High Temperature Cement.
