    Supply Of Item(S): Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Of Vacuum Oven For Manufacturing LaboratoryNo. Item(s) Name Specifications 1 Vacuum Oven Technical Specifications Vacuum ovens are used for Heating, Degassing, Annealing and Vacuum Drying. The low-pressure environment also minimizes oxidation during drying. Specifications:  The temperature range in the oven should be maintained from 400C to 2000C (or higher)  The internal volume: 25 L (or higher)  Vacuum range: 101 mbar to -1010 mbar or better  The temperature accuracy: +/- 0.50C or better and temperature uniformity: +/- 30C or better  Connection: 230 V +/- 10%, 50 Hz.  Inner Chamber: Made of 304 polished stainless steel  Size: 10” x 10” x 10” (W x H x D)  Shelves: two  The oven interior and exterior made of corrosion resistant stainless steel  Oven door: full sight transparent tempered safety glass window with safety measures  The vacuum control: digital  Vacuum Pump: Double stage (Minimum 40 LPM capacity)  Temperature control: digital microprocessor PID controller with setting accuracy of 0.10C  Two or more vacuum tight high-density gaskets for the chamber door should be provided, which can withstand high temperatures, solvents, and acids  There should be a two-way valve to control vacuum The equipment should be provided with a COMPREHENSIVE ON SITE WARRANTY period of 01 (one) year from the date of Installation & Commissioning and date of acceptance against all manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. Also, the additional cost for 01 (one) year of extended warranty should be quoted separately.
