| 1 | Servicing/Repairs to 40HP Auto transformer starter of unit no.1and 2 installed at LIS Gurah Bhanara. The job involves disconnecting all the electric connections of starter. Extraction of transformer coils from the tanks of each container along with damaged/burnt copper contactors/taps at site, washing of all parts by recommended chemicals to decarbonizes the parts due to rust. Cleaning of the ATS tank using recommended chemicals and dhoti cloth, P/f of new copper contactors/taps for both starters. Varnishing and drying the core and winding assembly 2 no. at site using appropriate drying methods(blowers/heaters), Reassembling of the 2 no. Auto transformer Starter and reinstalling the same at its installed position and making allthe connections. Providing/filling of of T.Oil (approx.50 Ltrs. For both ATS) in the starter of unit No.1 and 2.Testing the starters on load.job shall include cost of material, transportation charges, labour required for execution the job. | 2 | Dismantling/Servicing of 3 cusec x 21m head horizontal casing pump setcoupled with 40 H.P motor, 2 no.s done by way of dismantling of the pumps from the base frames, de-coupling from the motor and suction delivery lines at site for extraction of internal parts, P/F of new gland packing 12mm dia with nuts, bolts and rubber sheet after cleaning the gland bushes and gland plate sets, applying sufficient amount of grease including gland packing to avoid excessive wear and tear. Complete assembling of pumps and its refitting back to its position at site for installation. Job involves cost of materials, labour charges both skilled and un skilled labour and hire charges for tools and tackles. Job further includes Servicing/reconditioning of motors of 40 H.P 2 nos. by way of opening of side covers then extraction of rotor & stator. Cleaning the stator and applying two alternate coats of varnish and drying each coat by hot air process or any other suitable heat treatment method. Fitting the rotor after p/f of 2 no. bearings each for DEand NDE side as per sample and then greasing both bearings. Fitting the damaged cable ends at motor side after repairs and then crimping them properly by P/F of thimbles of required size. job includes hire charges of tools & tackles, to and fro, labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour, transport charges, cost of materials used for execution of job at site and testingof Pumping unit at full load. | 3 | Repairs to the suction pipes by extraction from the foot valves, after cutting the rusted damaged nuts and bolts with cutter/ gas welding for extraction of pipe and removal of damaged flanges by cutting them from the pipeswith gas welding/cutter at site. P/f and welding the MS flanges as per sample 2 No.tothe suction pipes for both units. jointing the pipes using rubber sheet and new nut and bolts, fixing the 200mm dia foot valves after their repairs at site by providing and fitting of new hinges, rubber bushes and new nut and bolts for unit no. I and II., The job further involves Repairs/servicing to 2 no. 250mm dia sluice valves by extraction of damagedstem rods,gland bushes, backseat and seat ring of each sluice valve and p/f of same components of each foot valve as per sample, p/f of gland packing and greasing the stem rod for smooth functioning of sluice valves. The further includes etching the surfaces of suction and delivery lines for smoothening using sand paper, applying one coat of primer for both suction and delivery pipes along with flanges and sluice valves and then applying two coats of paint. The job includes cost of material, labour, transportation charges of material hire charges of tools and tackles including perishables, welding sets at Gurah Bhanara. |
| 4 | Repair to 63 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Gurah Bhanarar. Job includes disconnecting all the electrical connections from the voltage stabilizer and then opening the top cover and extraction of core assembly from the stabilizer with the help of chain pulley block and labour. Draining out of the water mixed T-oil from the stabilizer using heating treatment. Cleaning of all the coils with recommended chemicals.Servicing/Varnishing of all the three coils by way of applying varnish to them and drying them completely using heating process for at least two days on intermittent heating. Cleaning of the tank of voltage stabilizer by way of recommended chemicals using oil, dhoti cloth, cottonLowering the core assembly after servicinginthe voltage stabilizer casing. Providing /Filling up of fresh transformer oil measuring approx. 80lts.for topping up after cleaning the tank and heat trating theoil to make it water free using suitable heat treatment method at site. Placing the top cover by providing/fitting of new gaskets, nuts and bolts. Providing/fitting of indicator lamps 2nosthe job also includes p/f of 20m 3.5 core 120 sqmm armored aluminum cable by replacingthe damaged cable by thimbling endsafter cutting the cable in appropriate lengths for connecting electromechanical equipments ( Pole to Main switch to VS). The job includescost of materials and labour charges for the execution of job at site. It also includes hire charges of tools and tackles used including the out station charges and carrying charges and carriage charges. | 5 | Repairs to 100 KVA Electric Transformer installed at LIS Gurah Bhanara. The job involves disconnecting the HTpower supply &damaged Aluminium cables from the LT side of the Transformer, opening of top cover of the transformer by unscrewing bolts & nuts, lifting with chain pulley block and tri-pod stand, extraction of damage HV Windings forfor one phase, P/f of new windings as per sample of damaged winding for one leg of transformer, Replacement of damaged HV bushes (3 no.) along with p/f of 3 no. newHV bush rod , and 4 no. LV bushes along with LV bush rod. The job involves placing the electric transformer back to its position using fixtures, angle iron, nuts and bolts in order to ensure proper and safe positioning it is to be done by way of using chain pulley block and labour. Providing and filling with50 litresof T oil after draining the water mixed T oil out of tank and the remoisturizing it using heat treatment and other methods. The job also includes replacement of damaged 11KV link set and DO set for 100 KVA electric substation with allied works involving dismantling of 11KV link set, 11 KV D.O set, 11 KVA LA set and disc insulators with fitting as per requirement using skilled technician. P/f ofThe job included cost of material labour charges and all types of carriages involved and hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job. Dismantling / disconnecting all the components inside the control panel i.e relays, MCCB,voltmeter, ammete, selector switches , busbars, etc. cleaning of the bodyfrom inside and outside of the L.T control Panel. Cleaning of internal connections, busbars and other with recommended chemicals and then fitting to their respective positions in the panel after drying them and making them dampness free. Servicing of main incomer MCCB and drying it before fitting. P/f of CT 2 No. in place of damaged one, and protection relays 2 No..The job involves cost p/f of new components in place of damage ones, cost of materials and labour charges for skilled/ semi-skilled labour , hire charges of tools and tackles required at site for execution of job and outstation charges.
