I and II., The job further involves Repairs/servicing to 2 no. 250mm dia sluice valves by extraction of damagedstem rods,gland bushes, backseat and seat ring of each sluice valve and p/f of same components of each foot valve as per sample, p/f of gland packing and greasing the stem rod for smooth functioning of sluice valves. The further includes etching the surfaces of suction and delivery lines for smoothening using sand paper, applying one coat of primer for both suction and delivery pipes along with flanges and sluice valves and then applying two coats of paint.
