Dc Shunt Motor-Synchronous Generator Set 1 Sr. No. Description Specifications (Revised) Quantity 1 DC Shunt Motor 1. Output: 6 kW, 2. Speed: (i) Rated Speed: 1500 rpm (ii) Variable Speed Range (1250-1750 rpm) with in-build Rheostat for armature and field winding, 3. Voltage: 220V DC, with Three-point Starter 1 2 Three Phase Synchronous Generator Three-Phase, 4 pole (Salient Pole type rotor-Projected type), 50 Hz, Output: 5 kW (When delta connected), Speed: 1500 rpm, Voltage:415 V (Line Voltage), Star and Delta connection points on Stator side, (Armature Winding on Stator, Field Winding and Damper Winding on Rotor) Both Machines (DC Shunt Motor and Three Phase Synchronous Generator) should be installed on one suitable iron frame. 1 3 Tapings Provision of Tapings on: 1. AC Armature Winding: 1st turn, 2nd turn, 3rd turn and so on up to 20th turn in sequence on one of the North Pole of the start of R-Phase winding. 20 2. DC Field Winding turn: 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% in sequence of total field winding on North Pole. 5 4 Search Coils Provision of Search coils (3to 4 turns) on Armature Windings 4 5. Sensors 1. Provision for embedded Sensors with their respective encoders with data-acquisition system including Laptop having specification: HP 12th Generation, core i7 Processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, 2 GB Graphic Card, 3.2 GHz for interfacing below sensors. 2. Dynamic Torque and Speed Sensor 3. Magnetoresistance Sensor 4. Unipolar Hall effect Sensors 5. Multi-function Meter (Capable of measuring per phase and cumulative values of voltage, current, power, THD, power factor, etc) All sensors should have user-accessible output points. All drivers/ Software for processing the Sensor output be preloaded in laptop. 1 1 1 1 1
